This website is owned and operated by Mr. Varun Malhotra, trading as “INVEST”, an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-85889) (“INVEST”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this website, or by engaging us for mutual fund distribution services, you (“you”, “the user”, or “the investor”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

INVEST is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-85889). We facilitate the distribution of mutual fund schemes and other permitted financial products of our empanelled partners. Our role is limited to distribution and execution support — helping you understand products, complete documentation, and access investment platforms.

We are NOT a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) and we do not provide portfolio management services. We do not provide investment advisory services of the kind that require SEBI RIA registration, nor do we provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any information shared with you is for general understanding and product familiarisation only, and is not personalised investment advice.

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully before investing. The value of investments can go up as well as down depending on market conditions, and you may receive back less than you invested.

• Keep your login credentials for any third-party investment or client platform confidential; and
• Comply with all applicable laws, including tax obligations arising from your investments.

As per SEBI regulations, INVEST discloses that it may receive commission from Asset Management Companies in the form of trail commission for mutual fund distribution. The commission structure is available at the point of sale and upon request. This disclosure is made to ensure transparency and to help you make an informed decision.

Investments are executed on platforms operated by Asset Management Companies, Registrar and Transfer Agents (such as CAMS or KFin Technologies), and other authorised third parties. This website may also link to external sites, including a client login portal. These platforms and sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. INVEST does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party platform or website.

The INVEST name, logo, and all original text, design, and graphics on this website are the property of INVEST and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

All third-party names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this website — including those of empanelled Asset Management Companies and insurers — are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the partners with whom INVEST is associated. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of this website.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, or our practices. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
